Experience Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
- Ability to read and write in the English language
- Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
- Experience with hand tools and measuring devices preferred
- Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team
- Building of all din-rail terminal block assemblies according to specification listed in drawings and instructions
- Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated
- Comply with WAGO Corporation and OSHA safety policies
- Perform all procedures set by ISO9001:2015 pertaining to Mechanical Assembly
- Must be able to lift 40 Lbs.
- Once trained
- Cut and punch custom din-rails to required specifications
- Assist in all material handling procedures, from product pulling to final inspection
- Operate ink jet machine, marker plotter and print markers
- Perform In-process and final inspection of products built with-in the mechanical assembly area
- Assist in training of any new or temporary employees in the procedures of mechanical assembly
