Second Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM.

Shift Premium: $5.00/hr. for full time roles.

Wagner is hiring Manufacturing Technicians to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on role working with a variety of equipment to produce high-quality metal products.

If you have experience in manufacturing, construction, or mechanical work, or just enjoy working with your hands and learning new skills, this is a great opportunity to build a stable career.

With a 4-day workweek and a $5/hour shift premium, you’ll earn more while working fewer days.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment (saws, presses, benders, polishing equipment, etc.)
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Record production and labor in our system
• Support team members and help keep production running smoothly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or mechanical work preferred
• Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
• Comfortable working with your hands in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills (fractions and measurements)
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
