Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with issues and resolving complaints to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Conduct outbound calls for follow-up, surveys, or promotional campaigns as needed
- Process transactions including cash handling and data entry with precision
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Support clients with account management and service requests
- Collaborate with team members to improve service procedures and enhance overall client experience
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Requirements
- Proven experience in call center support, customer service, or client services preferred
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry accuracy
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling while maintaining professionalism
- Demonstrated analysis skills for troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Experience with cash handling and typing accuracy required
- Knowledge of customer support best practices and call center operations preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data management and documentation
- Ability to work in a team environment with positive attitude and adaptability
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
