- Perform process auditing and drive corrective actions
- Provide WMS set-up, launch, configuration, and maintenance support
- Perform inventory analysis

- Provide project justification
- Design operational processes
- Perform annual scope of work analysis
- Provide monthly labor planning analysis
- Lead Cap-Ex planning
- Research and implement automation and technology applications
- Provide cycle count and physical inventory planning
- Perform invoice vs. actual analysis
- Provide root cause analysis of defects and misses
- Support new project pricing analysis
- Education (Required) - College – Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain or Data Analysis or equivalent work experience
- Experience (the minimum level of direct experience in a similar position) – 7 years of professional experience working in a warehousing or manufacturing environment. Exposure to process and quality control, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Knowledge/Experience/Skills –
- Required Software: Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, or equivalent.
- Preferred Software: Tableau or other data visualization software, experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Must be a team player and excellent communicator who can interact effectively with customers, vendors, and other corporation employees. Must be skilled in all job-related technology and engage in logical, process-based problem-solving.
- Experience working with measurement systems like MOST, MTM, MODAPTS, etc., and automation and/or robotics will be helpful but not required.
- Ability to stand, sit, squat, crawl, bend, twist, reach, and/or kneel for up to 12-hour periods and repetitively
- Exposure to varying temperatures: heat, cold, wet, damp, drafty
- Work on concrete and unlevel surfaces
- May be required to climb ladders and stairs
- Work around hazardous materials and may be exposed to carcinogens, toxic, and explosive materials.
- Possible exposure to areas with high noise levels that may require hearing protection
- Use hands and fingers to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights
