Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our hotel sales team through cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities across corporate, healthcare, academic, and group travel segments.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales activity, relationship building, and working in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct cold calls and email outreach to generate new business leads
· Identify and contact potential clients in corporate, healthcare, academic, and group markets
Assist Front Desk by working shifts to build realationships with guest, understanding the guest experience, and being at the brain of the hotel
· Promote the hotel for extended stays, medical travel, and group accommodations
· Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of activity in CRM systems
· Support the sales team with account research and prospecting efforts
· Assist with coordinating group inquiries and responding to client requests
· Work closely with front desk and reservations teams to ensure smooth communication

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management or CRM systems
