Waggin N’ Braggin is a well-established, family-owned dog grooming salon looking to add an experienced and passionate groomer to our team! We take pride in providing exceptional care for every dog while creating a welcoming experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Groom dogs of all breeds and sizes according to breed standards or client requests.
- Perform bathing, brushing, drying, clipping, hand scissoring, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding services.
- Safely handle dogs with a variety of temperaments.
- Monitor pets for any health concerns and communicate observations to pet owners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
- Manage your schedule efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.
Qualifications
- Previous professional dog grooming experience required.
- Ability to complete full grooms independently from start to finish.
- Strong scissoring and breed-specific grooming skills.
- Patience, compassion, and confidence when working with dogs.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
