Role Description The Waffle House Unit Manager in Auburn, AL is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising shift performance, and ensuring consistent quality of food and service. This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and supporting cost control and basic financial reporting. The Unit Manager leads and coaches Associates, supports hiring and training, and promotes a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with Waffle House values. This role also includes handling customer concerns promptly, upholding company standards, and contributing to local store marketing and community engagement.
