Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Unit Manager for our restaurant located in Columbus, GA. As a Unit Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional dining experiences while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability. This is an on-site position requiring hands-on leadership and a commitment to growing with Waffle House.
