Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Unit Manager position based in Hendersonville, TN. The Unit Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality food and service standards, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating team members, managing scheduling, monitoring inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health regulations. The Unit Manager will also focus on achieving financial goals, maintaining customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in team leadership, team building, and conflict resolution
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage restaurant operations, including inventory management and scheduling
- Proficient in customer service and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Understanding of basic financial principles, such as budgeting and cost control
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
