Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Columbus, OH. The Unit Manager will oversee restaurant operations, including supervising team members, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training and development, and achieving sales and profit targets. The role requires problem-solving, leadership, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards, all while creating a welcoming environment for both employees and customers.
