Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Newnan, GA. The Unit Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling supply orders, maintaining food safety standards, and achieving financial performance targets. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for training and developing team members, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the restaurant.
Qualifications
- Experience in restaurant management and operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Adept in financial management and achieving performance targets
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Ability to train and develop team members
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
