To Go Coordinator

The Role:

• Customer Interaction:
• Greet and interact with delivery drivers promptly and courteously
• Pack, verify and process pickup orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle inquiries from drivers and resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
• Operational Tasks:
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the order pickup and delivery staging area and walk up windows
• Restock supplies and condiments as needed to ensure efficient operations
• Assist in food preparation and other kitchen tasks during slow periods
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards
• Team Collaboration:
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Communicate effectively with cooks to ensure timely order, call-in, preparation and delivery
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

As a To Go Coordinator, your job is all about delivering “Good Food, Fast” to the delivery drivers.

• You can expect to be on your feet, doing everything from processing orders to ensuring our restaurant is clean and safe

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Entry level, no experience required
• Must have a positive and friendly attitude
• Teens welcome but must be 16 years old
