Role Description
The Restaurant Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Asheville, NC. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and supervision of team members to ensure consistent, friendly service. The manager is responsible for maintaining food quality and safety standards, monitoring inventory, and controlling costs such as labor and waste. Day-to-day responsibilities include training and coaching associates, resolving guest concerns, and supporting a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment. The Restaurant Operations Manager also analyzes sales performance, executes company initiatives, and partners with leadership to drive continuous improvement and career development within the
restaurant.

Career Path and Pay Ranges:
• Restaurant Manager - $63,000 to $80,000 (plus continuous service bonuses and a $6,000 annual bonus for having a 4-year degree
* District Manager (2-3 restaurants) - $83,000-$113,000 (average time to promotion 1-2 years)
* Division Manager (6-9 restaurants) - $109,000-$138,000 (average time to promotion 3-5 years)
