Role Description
Waffle House is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee restaurant operations, customer service excellence, and team leadership in Clarksville, TN. As an on-site, full-time role, you will be responsible for optimizing restaurant performance, managing day-to-day operations, implementing company policies, supervising staff, ensuring food safety compliance, and maintaining high customer satisfaction and employee engagement levels. Additionally, the Operations Manager will analyze performance metrics, improve operational efficiency, and ensure an excellent customer dining experience.
Qualifications
- Restaurant management experience and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills for efficient operations
- Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Familiarity with safety and health compliance standards, food safety, and restaurant regulations
- Proficiency in analyzing financials, managing budgets, and driving operational efficiency improvements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration
- Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or relevant field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service management is a plus
