What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Coordination
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote brand awareness, programs, and events.
- Manage digital campaigns including email, texting, social media, and Google Ads.
- Maintain a marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with program leads to align initiatives with enrollment goals.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Serve as the liaison between Wade College and the Marketing team.
Content Development / Digital Management
- Create, write, and design marketing materials for web, email, social media, and print.
- Create newsletters, blog posts, presentations, event invitations, and social media posts.
- Capture photo content. Video content (i.e. reels) is a plus.
- Update and optimize program digital content.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve engagement and outreach.
Community Engagement
- Build relationships with local businesses and organizations.
- Represent the college at events and fairs; create event-based social media content.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3 years of relevant professional work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CMS, Constant Contact, Wix, and design software (Adobe Suite or Canva).
- Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Flexible schedule for occasional evening/weekend events.
Preferred:
- Marketing experience in higher education or related field.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation strategies.
