Collision Repair Technician Qualifications:
· Ability to use frame and measuring equipment
· Repair/straighten metal panels
· Repair vehicles per OEM requirements
· I-CAR certification preferred
· Minimum of 2 years of collision repair experience preferred
Requirements:
* Strong communication - Ability to communicate at a high level with our team members
* Organization - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized and adaptable to workplace changes
* Education and Experience - Completion of high school or equivalent and hands-on experience in the collision repair industry
* Goal-oriented - Ability to meet and exceed the goals of the role
