Latuff Brothers is an OEM Certified repair facility for 10 OEM’s. We repair cars for the vehicle owner, following OEM procedures.

We value:

· Direct access to 10 OEM repair information sites

· Using metallurgy information for repair planning

· Replacing non-reusable parts per OEM’s

· Safety inspections

· Test fitting parts

· Welder setup/Destructive test(s), weld count/location/type

· Epoxy primer

· Backside treatment of new/repaired panels

· Cavity wax

· Initializations/Calibrations

· Doing what is right for the customer’s vehicle, no exceptions.

Latuff Brothers is looking to hire 1 collision repair technician.

We support people at all stages of their career.

· If you are attending tech school and want to continue your learning in the afternoons we will pair you with a mentor, with pay starting at $21/hr.

· If you have a few years of experience, we will help you grow, hone, and advance your skills, all without the distractions of flat rate or commission-based pay.

· If you’re an experienced technician with training and certifications, you already know what you bring and the benefits available by escaping the MSO/flat rate lifestyle. Hourly earnings of $150,000 annually.

Experience:

• Auto body repair: 1 year (Preferred)
