Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
WACO FAMILY MEDICINE
PRIMARY DUTIES:

must have a genuine desire to continuously learn and provide high quality patient care

seeing ambulatory patients of the Center as scheduled and assigned by Center
-
maintain full privileges for practice of clinical medicine at Family Health Center
-
abide by the ethics of the medical profession and all federal, state and local laws and ordinances applicable to his/her practice.

participate in committees/work groups as assigned

may participate in quality improvement projects
-
other duties as assigned
OTHER DUTIES:

assist in the Center’s provision of health education and health promotion programs including but not limited to such groups as the Center’s patients, physicians, staff, and/or community residents.

REPORTS TO: Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physician
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BA/BS, graduate of AMA accredited Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program. Current or pending PNP license, current CPR certification.
SKILLS: Provide professional health care services for clients in an ambulatory clinic setting.
