- Office‑based with jobsite visits as required
- After‑hours availability may be required based on project needs
- Manage low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout
- Coordinate field supervisors, technicians, subcontractors, and vendors
- Own schedules, budgets, forecasts, and job cost performance
- Identify scope gaps and manage pricing and execution of change orders
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain required project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and closeout packages
- Structured cabling and fiber
- Access control systems
- Video surveillance systems
- Industrial network infrastructure
- Control and auxiliary low‑voltage systems
- Integration with electrical and critical power scopes
- Projects delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Clean documentation and closeouts
- Strong customer satisfaction
- Proactive issue and risk management
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of project management experience in low voltage, construction, or industrial environments
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Field background as a technician or foreman
- Experience in industrial or mission‑critical facilities
- Familiarity with low‑voltage standards and commissioning processes
- PMP or relevant industry certifications
