- 5 years of demonstrated leadership experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments
- Proven ability to motivate teams, drive accountability, resolve conflicts, and foster team engagement
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand products, components, assembly processes, and manufacturing workflows
- Experience driving and meeting productivity, quality, and operational performance metrics
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement
- Ability and willingness to stand or sit for extended periods of time at work
- Ability and willingness to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height at work
- Provide daily floor leadership and production scheduling for manufacturing and assembly operations
- Develop, train, coach, and mentor team members to achieve productivity, quality, and safety objectives
- Meet and exceed all safety and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Ensure daily production targets are met to support daily and priority customer shipments
- Coordinate closely with Warehouse, Shipping, and Quality teams to meet customer requirements
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives focused on improving efficiency and reducing waste
- Build and retain a highly engaged, productive manufacturing team
- Achieve team retention, productivity, and performance goals
- Successfully complete daily and weekly audit requirements
- Improve capacity planning across facilities
- Drive Lean initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste
