What You’ll Do
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide person-centered support to individuals in either our Day Services or Supported Living programs. You'll help individuals develop daily living skills, participate in community activities, achieve personal goals, and provide personal care as needed—all while promoting independence, choice, and a meaningful quality of life.
Adult Services DSP
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support individuals in Supported Living homes
- Help build life skills such as cooking, budgeting, and household tasks
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
- Administer medications and monitor health needs
- Promote independence and self-advocacy
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate and dependable individuals
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in caregiving or related fields preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Strong communication skills

Shift Premiums
- Evening: $2.00/hour
- Overnight: $2.00/hour
- Weekend: $3.00/hour
Schedule
- Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
- Supported Living- shifts vary
- Day Services (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
- Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN roles available
