Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized insurance advice and guidance tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.
- Clearly explain coverage options, policy details, costs, and potential risks to help clients make informed decisions
- Conduct meetings with current and prospective clients in person, by phone, or virtually to assess and review insurance needs.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through proactive communication and dependable service.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and other changes accurately within the agency management system.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist clients in reporting claims and provide support as needed in coordination with the Claims Advocate.
- Participate in required training, team meetings, and compliance initiatives to stay informed on industry best practices and company standards.
