Coverra Insurance Services is a growing company. Due to our growth, we are adding an additional position. The Coverra Insurance Services Team is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service Agent to help grow and maintain relationships with our customers!
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience

Personal Lines Customer Service Agent - Job Responsibilities:
- Support and service a wide range of personal lines accounts
- Respond to client calls about policy changes, updates, and coverage questions.
- Quoting and rating of new clients, account renewals and cross sales opportunities.
- No cold calling.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Property and Casualty license required
- 3 years of personal lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
- Experience using Applied EPIC required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and related software
