Job Title: Pharmacy Operations Senior Representative
Location: Remote
Contract Duration : 5 to 6 Months
Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct outbound calls to members, pharmacies, and providers regarding prescription medication adherence
- Help members obtain prescribed medications and identify barriers to medication compliance
- Collaborate with pharmacists, physicians, and Medicare health plan resources to resolve medication-related issues
- Work in a monitored call queue environment with productivity and quality metrics
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and correspondence while providing excellent customer service
- Research and resolve complex issues, document interactions, and track timelines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect member privacy at all time
Required Qualifications:
- Current Pharmacy Technician license
- At least 1 year of experience
- Retail Pharmacy,
- Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
- Health Plan environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone and navigating multiple systems
- Excellent communication, organization, active listening, and time management skill
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Preferred Qualification:
- Call center experience
- 2 years of pharmacy, PBM, or health plan experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification through PTCB or NHA
