Customer Services Representative (Fleet Services)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Fleet Customer Service & Remarketing Specialist to provide exceptional service to fleet customers, dealers, sales teams, and internal partners. This role manages customer inquiries, account modifications, lease maturities, documentation, payments, titles, and remarketing activities while ensuring compliance and minimizing financial and legal risk.

Key Responsibilities

• Process lease renewals, rewrites, extensions, restructures, and other account modifications.
• Handle customer and dealer inquiries, account updates, payoffs, titles, insurance, billing, and contract requests.
• Manage lease maturities and guide customers through turn-in, payoff, renewal, and rewrite options.
• Research and resolve unapplied payments and coordinate title releases.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution, compliance, and accurate account processing.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; BA/BS preferred.
• 3–5 years of overall work experience.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of collections, compliance, and remarketing experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills.
