Qualifications
Expertise in Law, Labor and Employment Law
Excellent skills in providing Legal Advice and Negotiation
Strong capabilities in conducting Research
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Membership in the State Bar of California
Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for a hybrid work environment
Experience in WC (Workers' Compensation) defense or related legal practice is a plus
