Our client is seeking a Tier 3 Unified Communications (UC) / Audio Visual Engineer to provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and system design for enterprise UC and AVMM environments. The role involves resolving complex issues, leading system integrations, and supporting upgrades across secure and large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for UC/AVMM issues and troubleshooting
- Design, configure, and maintain UC systems across enterprise environments
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with minimal downtime
- Perform hardware/software integration testing and validation
- Collaborate with and mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams
- Work closely with government stakeholders on performance and system improvements
- Proven hands-on experience with UC/AVMM technologies (Cisco, Avaya, Poly, Crestron, Extron, WebEx, MS Teams, etc.)
- Strong understanding of VTC infrastructure, VoIP systems, and AV signal distribution
- Experience troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network layers
- Familiarity with secure communication protocols and network integration
- Prior experience supporting UC/AVMM environments in DoD or Intelligence Community settings
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
