Seeking a Tax Accountant to support a small accounting team in delivering high-quality financial and tax services. This role offers the opportunity to work across personal and corporate tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.

- Prepare and file personal and corporate tax returns.
- Assist clients with tax planning, preparation, and filing.
- Perform monthly bookkeeping and accounting functions, including preparation of financial statements.
- Conduct account reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.
- Manage payroll processing and sales tax reporting.
- 5 years of tax and accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws, tax preparation software, and estate planning procedures.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and perform reconciliations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- CPA or EA certification preferred.
