Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of structural design experience, with a focus on new construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience in designing steel and reinforced concrete structures, particularly 15-20 story buildings
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software, including ETABS and SAFE
- Solid understanding of concrete and steel design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, and relevant building codes)
- Proven ability to take projects from concept through completion, including coordination with architects, clients, and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform structural analysis and design for concrete and steel systems
- Develop detailed design calculations, drawings, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design alignment
- Participate in construction administration, including review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and deliverables to meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary : $100,000 - $130,000
