Job Requirements
A U.S. Master's in Structural Engineering or a U.S. PhD with a dissertation focused on Structural Engineering.
Two or more years of work experience in a U.S. structural engineering firm.
At least four years of design office experience.
Licensed in California.
Architectural training is a plus.
Experience designing in several structural materials is a plus.
Ability to create thoughtful design details.
Interest in high-performance seismic and sustainable design.
Excellent engineering skills.
Commitment to continual learning.
Ability to see the "whole project."
Value reciprocal learning.
