Position: Structural Engineer (Junior or Senior Level)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential and wood-frame buildings
• Prepare construction drawings and structural details
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support
• (Senior level only) Mentor junior engineers and assist with technical reviews
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Proficiency with structural design tools such as AutoCAD, EnerCal, Bluebeam, and Excel
• Strong understanding of CBC, ASCE 7, and wood-frame construction
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• California PE license preferred (required for senior level)
• Experience range:
• Junior: 0-3 years
• Senior: 4 years

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range:
• Junior: $70,000 - $90,000/year
• Senior: $90,000 - $120,000/year
