We are hiring a Site Superintendent in Fenton, MO. Pay is $65,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience, plus an annual performance bonus. Full-time, onsite. You will run jobsites from first sketch to final walkthrough as the Project Managers' primary field representative.

- Supervise company labor personnel and coordinate subcontractors.
- Perform QA and QC inspections against plans, specs, and code.
- Log daily progress in Buildertrend with photos, RFIs, and punch lists.
- Coordinate material deliveries and inspections.
- Communicate with homeowners and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- $65,000 to $75,000 per year plus an annual performance bonus.
