As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Lead Sign Installer to join their growing team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a seasoned installer who can lead crews, ensure safety and quality, and represent the company professionally at customer sites.

Requirements

• 5 years of lead sign installation experience (must-have requirement)
• Proven experience leading installation teams
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Safety-focused and quality-driven work approach
• Ability to work comfortably at heights (70 feet)
• Ability to obtain a CDL (if not already licensed)
• Certified Welder (UL 48) is a plus
• Strong jobsite documentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
  
  

Core Responsibilities

• Install and wire channel letters and cabinet signs using neon, LEDs, and lamps
• Perform vinyl application on sign faces and storefronts
• Operate bucket trucks and crane trucks
• Install channel letters (with or without raceway), reverse channel letters, lighted cabinets, monument signs, and EMCs
• Conduct accurate site surveys
• Troubleshoot electrical signage
• Fabricate channel letter faces (acrylic, vinyl, jewel-lite)
