Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from concept to completion
• Provide strong leadership to project teams, subcontractors, and internal staff
• Oversee estimating efforts, including budgeting, cost analysis, and bid preparation
• Support marketing and business development, especially within Healthcare and Education sectors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and stakeholders
• Drive hiring, mentoring, and development of project staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices

• Proven leadership experience as a Senior Project Manager in construction
• Strong knowledge across all divisions of construction
• Demonstrated expertise in estimating and cost control
• Experience contributing to marketing and business development efforts
• Strong Skills in construction scheduling and scheduling software
• Strong hiring, team-building, and personnel management skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
• Experienced in training and mentoring
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge in Construction Contract language and negotiations.
