They are looking for an experienced Lead AV Installation Technician to manage and perform AV installations for commercial and residential projects. You'll oversee on-site teams, ensure quality standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AV installation projects from start to finish.
- Install and configure AV systems including displays, speakers, microphones, control systems (Crestron, Extron, AMX), and cabling.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Train and support junior technicians.
- Communicate with clients, project managers, and team members.
- Maintain job site safety and organization.
- 4 years of AV installation experience (2 years in a lead role preferred).
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, wiring, and installation practices.
- Experience with Crestron, Extron, or AMX is a plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
