- Draft correspondence, pleadings, and written discovery.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, hearings, and trials.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to manage cases effectively.
- Build and maintain client relationships through networking and business development.
- 5-8 years of estate litigation experience.
- Active license to practice law in the State of New Jersey.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Client-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable with public speaking and business development.
