Litigation Associate
Rainone Coughlin Minchello, LLC is a public entity law firm seeking to hire a Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of experience to join our growing Iselin office. The firm has a varied litigation practice representing public entities in Federal and State Courts. Areas of concentration include civil defense litigation, municipal and government law. Candidates should have strong research and writing skills and be able to work in a collegial environment. Judicial clerkship preferred. Ability to handle litigation matters from inception of case through resolution, including legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, court appearances and motion practice preferred. Salary commensurate with experience-range is $100,000-$200, 000. Competitive benefits package available.
