About The Role

Key Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice law in California (no exceptions)
- 5-8 years of civil litigation experience required
- Insurance defense background highly preferred
- Ability to run cases independently with minimal supervision
- Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Trial experience a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with carrier billing and reporting guidelines preferred
- Manage all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution or trial
- Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and client communications
- Collaborate with partners and lead attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies
- Conduct case evaluations, reporting, and risk assessments for clients
- Participate in investigations and rapid response matters following major incidents
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
