- 5 years of experience preparing financial statement compilations, reviews, and audits
- Strong background in public accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (PFX Engagement preferred)
- Knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, and audit procedures
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with cloud-based systems and tax preparation software preferred
- Ability to build strong client relationships and support team development
- Prepare financial statements, compilations, reviews, audits, and trial balance work
- Prepare and review tax returns, including tax strategy, research, and planning for clients
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality accounting and assurance services
- Utilize advanced technology and cloud-based systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain client relationships through effective communication and professional service delivery
