Client is seeking a senior architectural project manager capable of overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while supervising interns & consultant engineers.
The applicant will have the opportunity to lead all phases of the architectural design process, from schematic design through construction coordination. Experience with coordinating with & managing clients is essential. Preparing construction drawings will also be a critical part of the job description.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited school
- Minimum of 10 years of architecture office experience
- Proficient and highly skilled in AutoCAD
- Capable of maintaining a high level of quality, detail, and accuracy
- Must be able to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Must have extensive experience with building codes & zoning ordinances
Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
