Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage reconstruction sales opportunities following restoration or property damage events
- Meet with property owners, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders to assess reconstruction needs
- Evaluate project scopes, site conditions, and repair requirements
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and project documentation
- Explain reconstruction solutions, timelines, and project details clearly to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure accurate project scope and smooth handoff
- Follow up on leads, customer inquiries, and active opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and project updates in CRM systems
- Monitor project progress and assist with customer communication throughout the reconstruction process
- Provide professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales support
- Work safely and maintain compliance with company and industry standards
- Minimum 3 years of reconstruction experience
- Experience in reconstruction sales, construction sales, restoration sales, or related fields
- Strong understanding of repair scopes, construction processes, and project estimating
- Ability to read and interpret project scopes, plans, and construction documentation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships with customers, insurance representatives, and project stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
