- Educate homeowners on project scope, materials, and timelines
- Guide customers through the process from consultation to project completion
- Maintain strong relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
- Utilize CRM and digital tools to track sales activity and customer communication
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in face-to-face or consultative sales
- Ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline
- Comfortable meeting customers in their homes and discussing project investments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Roofing or home improvement sales
- Insurance restoration or claims-related projects
- In-home consultative sales such as windows, siding, HVAC, solar, or remodeling
- Base salary plus uncapped commission
