Working Hours
- Monday-Friday 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM - 2:00 AM OR
- Monday-Friday 3rd Shift: 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM
- Safely and accurately load and unload parts on the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Load and start the CMM for inspection processes.
- Perform hand inspection and use various measuring gauges.
- Demonstrate a basic understanding of CMM operation and functionality.
- Inspect parts using appropriate inspection methods.
- Complete Non-Conforming Material Reports (NCMR) as required.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Operate Faro Arm equipment for precision part inspections.
- Complete CMM and Faro probe calibrations.
- Maintain clear written and verbal communication regarding inspection findings.
- Minimum 2 years of quality inspection experience (required).
- Hands-on experience operating a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM).
- Experience with hand inspection tools and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
