Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate project activities and workflows
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project quality and safety requirements
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and inspectors
- Lead project teams and maintain effective communication
- Resolve project issues and support successful project execution
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Ensure compliance with construction standards and regulations
- Experience with Expediting and project coordination
- Strong Project Management experience
- Inspection experience
- Logistics Management skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage project teams
- Strong understanding of construction methods and practices
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations
- PMP or CCM Certification preferred
