Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rock Island, IL, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through closeout. Day-to-day tasks include developing project schedules, coordinating resources, and managing subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep work on time and within budget. The Project Manager will track project milestones, lead site meetings, and ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role involves reviewing plans and documentation, resolving field issues, and communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes. The Project Manager will also support procurement and logistics, monitor quality and inspections, and prepare reports and documentation for management.

Qualifications
- Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management experience overseeing construction or similar field projects.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Background in Inspection and quality oversight to ensure work meets plans, codes, and safety standards.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to plan deliveries, schedule crews, and maintain site productivity.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Proficient in project management and office software (e.g., scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and documentation platforms).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with field teams, clients, and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve on site, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in construction project management or a related field is preferred.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Salary : $65,000 - $100,000
