Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the administration and oversight of construction projects
- Support budgeting, cost coding, and cost estimates
- Obtain required permits and licenses and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams on schedules, invoicing, and logistics
- Track and manage inventory, equipment, and supplies to ensure projects stay on schedule
- Prepare regular project updates and reports for stakeholders
- Assist with risk evaluation and resolving unexpected situations or challenges
- Update and communicate project schedules to ensure deadlines are met
- Follow company policies, procedures, and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, or architecture principles
- Comfortable reading blueprints and drawings
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Basic understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Ability to move or manipulate objects up to 20 lbs occasionally
- Sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Repetitive motion as required by daily tasks
