Based in Mystic, CT, we serve a diverse clientele including homeowners, business owners, builders, architects, contractors, developers, realtors, and investors throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island.
- Our expertise spans multiple sectors - Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Coastal/Marine - providing clients with practical, high-quality engineering solutions that balance creativity, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mystic, Connecticut for a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer.
- The Engineer will be responsible for managing project planning, design, and permitting efforts to ensure project milestones and quality standards are met. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, guiding drafting staff on plan development and technical standards, and preparing complete submittal packages - including design plans and supporting reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
- P.E. license required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD required
- 5-10 years of civil/site design experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
