Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Accounts Receivable: Manage prime contract administration, AIA billings, and ensure collections through lien preparation.
- Accounts Payable: Handle sub-subcontractor administration, AIA billings, purchase orders, and serve as a lead for company-wide AP functions.
- Contract & Billing: Oversee contract terms and billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Payroll & Timecards: Enter timecards and production quantities, ensuring accurate payroll and job costing.
- Job Cost Management: Monitor project budgets, prepare job cost reports, and conduct variance analysis to ensure profitability.
- NTO Filing: Ensure Notice to Owner filings are completed accurately and on time.
- Change Orders: Assist in processing and tracking change orders as they relate to project budgets.
Education: College
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of construction accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Sage 100 Contractor, Procore, Yardi.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for job cost and variance analysis.
