Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop production staff to ensure strong performance and accountability
- Foster a positive, respectful, and disciplined work environment
- Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to company standards
- Serve as a visible leader on the production floor through engagement and example
- Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and company leadership
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules and customer commitments are met
- Conduct daily facility walk-throughs to ensure operational readiness, cleanliness, and organization
- Monitor real-time production status and proactively address risks or delays
- Ensure all processes, procedures, and quality standards are followed consistently
- Coordinate training to ensure employees are properly equipped to perform their roles
- Identify production inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements
- Address operational challenges with a solution-focused mindset
- Ensure corrective actions are effective and fully implemented
- Promote consistency in processes, behaviors, and performance standards
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies
- Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability across the team
- 3 years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with production tracking systems or ERP systems is a plus
- Full-time, salaried position with a minimum of 45 hours per week
