Key Responsibilities
- Administer physical therapy treatment plans as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Provide non-complex therapeutic treatments including active and passive exercises, massage, traction, and modalities such as heat, cold, light, water, and electrical therapy.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report any changes in condition to the supervising therapist or appropriate leadership.
- Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions as needed.
- Manage a flexible patient schedule and assist with light administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure adherence to infection control and universal precaution protocols during all patient interactions.
- Perform clinical assignments within scope of training, certification, and competency.
- Support compliance with regulatory and payer requirements through accurate documentation and communication.
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active PTA license in the state of Wyoming.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Part-time hours with a flexible schedule based on patient needs and availability.
